James brings over 30 years of experience that began in IT operations and programming with Amoco and Phillips before moving into consultancy with Cap Gemini, where he ran major accounts as an International Project Manager, Consultant, and Subject Matter Expert. This unique insight into delivery has been instrumental in his success in sales and as a business owner.

Jim's philosophy is simple: "Sales is all about TRUST and understanding the client's point of view—what their needs are, and how to make engagements a success for everyone." This approach has earned him multiple President Club and Salesman of the Year awards as a serial entrepreneur, including founding GBUS—a name thoughtfully created by his youngest son as a combination of Great Britain and United States.

Brian Murray

Managing Partner / COO



Brian is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in scaling B2B companies and optimizing go-to-market processes. His career includes strategic roles at Ernst & Young (EY), where he developed expertise in sales leadership, business development, enterprise consulting and client relationship management, and EDS/HP, where he led sales operations and process optimization initiatives for cloud and managed services.

As COO at GBUS, Brian ensures flawless execution of strategic initiatives while driving operational excellence across all client engagements. His background in sales, process optimization, delivery, and team development makes him instrumental in delivering measurable results for clients.

Margaret is a seasoned revenue leader with over two decades of experience building scalable growth systems across startups to Fortune 100 companies. Her career spans strategic roles at Apple (customer-centered sales leadership), NTT DATA (enterprise digital transformation), Lexer (North American revenue growth for retail brands), and Sudara as CRO (B2B channels and enterprise partnerships for social impact).

Her unique "Purpose + Profit Mindset" drives expertise in sales strategy, marketing-sales alignment, and customer experience design to create business systems that deliver results across the full customer lifecycle.
